Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington

Washington State Department of Health is hosting several group conversations to create a more age- and dementia-friendly state! Join us to brainstorm and collect ideas for our state action plan!

During these sessions, you will:

  • Learn about the Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington framework
  • hear stats and data about aging and dementia in our state
  • Get to share your thoughts and ideas

Final decisions will not be made in these meetings, and all ideas will be considered. We want to hear your ideas about how to change our businesses, government, and communities to support Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington.

Accessibility Needs

Forums on April 2 and 23 will have ASL interpretation and CART captioning. To request reasonable accommodations, email Kelsey at Little Pineapple Collab at least two weeks before the forum. If you need accommodation within two weeks of the event, we will do our best to meet your needs.
