June is Pride Month! Celebrate with us by attending a special 90-minute City of Seattle government panel, featuring:
- Cheryl Brown, Lifelong Recreation Program Coordinator, Parks and Recreation. Cheryl will talk about the history and the future of Rainbow Recreation and other Parks programming for Seattle’s older adults.
- Dominique Stephens, Interim Co-Director of External Affairs and Outreach, Mayor’s Office. Dominique will describe her experience with organizing and leading City of Seattle’s contingent in the annual Seattle Pride Parade and Festival.
- Kristen Ramirez, Art & Enhancements Project Manager, Arts & Culture. Kristen speak to the City’s involvement with The AMP: AIDS Memorial Pathway and Public Art Bootcamp, which explored Queer art, history and the intersectional impact of HIV/AIDS.
