Greetings,

Aging and Disability Services, a division of the Seattle Human Services Department, will host conversations for the Community Living Connections and Family Caregiver Support Program Collaborative Funding Process. These programs support older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers in King County. This two-step application process is intended to fund one proposal for a complete network of providers.
