We care for people we love throughout our lives. As we, and those around us, age, the need for care often increases. At the same time, the needs of those doing the caregiving are equally important.

Northwest Center for Creative Aging executive director Rebecca Crichton will share useful caregiver tips as well as findings from research in positive psychology and neuroscience that demonstrate that positivity, gratitude, and kindness are good for our health and well-being.
