June is Pride Month! Celebrate with us by attending a special 90-minute community panel, featuring:

  • Tom Rasmussen, Steering Committee Member, The AMP: AIDS Memorial Pathway. Tom will provide an overview of the project whose goal it is to use public art to create a physical place for remembrance and reflection, employ technology to share diverse stories about the epidemic, and provide a call to action to end HIV/AIDS, stigma, and discrimination.
  • Amy Cunningham, Research Coordinator, Aging with Pride: IDEA (Innovations in Dementia Empowerment & Action), University of Washington School of Social Work. Amy will present information about memory loss and caregiving in the LGBTQ community
  • Steven Knipp, Executive Director of GenPride. Steven will give an update on what GenPride has been doing this past year, and how they plan to celebrate Pride in 2021.
