NOTE: This is a two-day class (July 17 & July 19, both 5–9 p.m.)

Learn to help someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis using a 5-step strategy to assess risk, support a person in crisis, and identify additional resources and professional support. This 8-hour course, held over two evenings, is for anyone 18 years or older interested in learning more about mental illness and addiction. This is a certification class. Registration includes $20 manual/reference guide developed and published by Mental Health First Aid USA.
