We’re having a REPAIR CAFE! Bring your broken household items – such as clothing, electronics, jewelry, small home appliances or tools/knives that need sharpening – to the Capitol Hill Tool Library and our team of volunteer fixers will try to repair them or help you mend them. This FREE community event is a great way to keep stuff out of the landfill, CONSERVE RESOURCES, and save money, as well as chat with your neighbors over snacks. Attendees will be helped first-come, first served, and must be present during the repair.

We are specifically reaching out to seniors in the hope of getting them out to be involved with the community and hopefully share their fixing skills.

If you know how to fix stuff we invite you to come out to help your neighbors.
