Jen Kulik’s work, which includes intergenerational theater performances and programs with youth and elders swapping stories, proves the value of shared experiences across generations.

Founder and CEO of Silver Kite Community Arts, an organization which creates life-changing intergenerational arts experiences, Jennifer Kulik was awarded a Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching in 2012. 

For the last 25 years, she has designed and facilitated arts programs for schools, theater companies, and non-profit organizations. An adjunct professor in the Matteo Ricci College at Seattle University, Jen has taught at the International Leadership Academy (Ethiopia), Stanford Addis School (Ethiopia), The Northwest School, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Village Theatre, and Youth Theatre Northwest, among others.
