Micro-messages are those small but powerful messages we convey all the time — sometimes without even saying a word! These small messages ‘speak’ through our body language, the tone of our voice, and our proximity to a person. They can have a big impact on how what we say is received.

She is a Certified Coach, with Masters’ degrees in Child and Organizational Development.
