Ballots are mailed about three weeks prior to an election day, earlier to overseas and service voters.

Ballots must be returned by Election Day (postmarked on or before 11/7) or dropped off at one of the official ballot drop boxes. If you need an accessible voting center, click here.

The King County Elections voters pamphlets usually arrive by mail at or near the time your ballot arrives. Copies are usually available at public libraries. You can also get information specific to elections by entering your name and birthdate (or address) here.
