Join us on Tuesday January 28 at 11a.m., as we host an informative conversation about managing chronic illnesses and enhancing quality of life.

This will be an in-person event with options to join us online.

Join us in person at East African Community Center within Northgate Community Center:

• Open to the public, older adults who live in North Seattle are especially encouraged to participate!
• Refreshments and light food will be provided by Age Friendly Seattle!
• Live Interpretation in Amharic and Tigrigna
