Take a step for mental health and sign up for the HERO House 5K Run and Walk to benefit HERO House NW and its Clubhouse programs. We are excited to offer the first annual in-person, in-place HERO House 5K run and walk! Run or walk IN PERSON on Sunday October 10, 9 AM at Redmond Municipal Park on the scenic Sammamish River Trail.

For those not yet comfortable running in person, you can sign up for our virtual event, and run or walk on a route in your neighborhood, wherever you are in the world! Please see website for information.

The HERO House 5K is our largest fundraiser of the year, we welcome any and all donations which will go to help people living with serious mental illness thrive through meaningful community and work opportunities. There will be opportunities to make donations during the registration process.  Thank you!
