Loneliness and isolation are now well-known risk factors in aging. By actively maintaining friendships in our lives, we can enjoy a healthier outlook and greater enjoyment of our later years.

In partnership with the KCLS-Bellevue Region, the Eastside Neighbors Network’s first community program for 2020 will explore the role of friendship in our lives as we grow older. Whether you are “over-friended,” “under-friended,” or just about right, join us for a facilitated conversation about the joys and challenges of making, keeping, and losing friends in our later years.

Free and open to all. Must register.
