FOR WHO: Type 1s, Type 2s, family members and other caretakers, medical professionals and those who care. Speakers include TCOYD founder Dr. Steven Edelman (endocrinologist with Type 1 diabetes) and more award-winning diabetes specialists.

Diabetes is a growing epidemic worldwide and TCOYD is working to educate and motivate people living with diabetes to be their own best advocates—by bringing the information straight to them and improving the patient-provider relationship. We provide financial assistance to those that need it, including complimentary admission for veterans. We also host a continuing medical education program, offering CME credits, that runs in conjunction with the conference.
