Request for Investment: Community Information & Assistance

Aging and Disability Services (ADS) is offering interested organizations an opportunity to request an investment for Community Information & Assistance (I&A) services for older adults.

Community I&A programs provide information and assistance services to specific populations who may not otherwise be able to access services because of language, culture or location.  The goal of the program is to provide information about and access to health and long-term care services for people 60 years of age and older in King County and 55 years of age and older within Seattle city limits.

The total available investment for 2010 is projected to be a minimum of $ 978,570 in discretionary funds from federal, state and City of Seattle resources.

RFI application forms and related materials are available on the Seattle Human Services Dept. web site.  Proposals are due on September 10.
