Discounts

Mayor's Office for Senior Citizens in Seattle offers a FLASH (Fun Leisure Access Savings and Health) discount and identification card for adults with disabilities who live in Seattle and King County. The FLASH Card provides discounts on goods and services from local businesses, recreational facilities and events.

Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities

The Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities promotes the full participation of people with disabilities into all areas of economic, political, and community life in the City of Seattle. The sixteen member commission informs the Mayor, Council and City Departments on issues of importance to people with disabilities and recommends policies, practices and legislation.
