Discounts
Mayor's Office for Senior Citizens in Seattle offers two discount programs for eligible adults with disabilities.
- The FLASH Card provides discounts on goods and services from local businesses, recreational facilities and events.
- The Utility Credit Program provides a discounted rate on Seattle City Light and Combined Utilities.

Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities
The Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities promotes the full participation of people with disabilities into all areas of economic, political, and community life in the City of Seattle. The sixteen member commission informs the Mayor, Council and City Departments on issues of importance to people with disabilities and recommends policies, practices and legislation.
