Discover what's contributing to the increasing scarcity of nutritious affordable food, and who is being affected. Then help to strategize a coordinated and effective community response. Who should attend: Those involved in making local dental referrals for children with special needs, HIV/AIDS clients, and seniors. These include: dental and medical providers, case managers, local coordinators, insurers, patients and their families, community leaders, etc. Objectives: Expand and strengthen local referral networks, share successful stories, and use collective knowledge to find innovative solutions. No registration fee, lunch provided, RSVP needed.
